Location: Agungi - Lekki, Lagos

Job Description

This individual must have adverse knowledge and a good working experience with different health maintenance organizations.
Responsibilities

Reaching out to potential HMO companies and subscribing them to the hospital facilities.
To process complaints from the beneficiaries and coworkers, following established guidelines.
To establish effectivepolicies for all operational procedures.
To prepare work schedules.
To give proper orientation to patients/clients on the benefits, eligibility status, enrollmentprocessing procedures,and status of authorizations and referrals.
To monitor the performances of the other staff in the hospital.
To interact with the entire HMO community.
Requirements

Relevant Degree.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Candidate should be willing to resume immediately.
