We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Grants Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Roles and Responsibilities

Research and identify new funding and business development opportunities globally.
Maintain and build relationships with funders and other strategic partners.
Draft proposals/LOIs, grant application narratives, and budgets and collaborate with relevant departments and stakeholders where necessary.
Monitor and maintain funder and investor reporting schedules and requirements
Develop and oversee standard terms and conditions for grant award letters, agreements, and contracts.
Administer grant records and evaluate financial reports to analyze all annual progress and perform review on grant expenditure.
Analyze all processes, provide enhancements to all grant programs if required and manage all grant management processes according to policies and procedures.
Prepare and monitor budgets and analyze financial data.
Qualifications and Experience

A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or its equivalent.
A minimum of five (5) years relevant experience in grants management.
Experience in developing, writing and submitting successful grant applications
Strong research skills with ability to synthesize complex information in accessible and actionable formats.
Demonstrated success in obtaining grant driven funding from foundations, corporations and/or public funding sources.
