ProjectSALT Nigeria - Our client is recruiting qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: IT / Network Officer

Location: Mainland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Reporting To: Head IT
No of openings: 2

Expectation

Provide a formal documented response to Service Change Requests in accordance with ICT Service Change procedures.
Plan ICT network, and network security systems strategy and architecture over the medium term, assist others with planning over the long term.
Experience / Skills required
Good theoretical, practical and procedural knowledge of at least three of the following technologies:

Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree or B.Eng with 2 - 4 years work experience.
Cisco Routers, Switches, MPLS, WiFi, Third-party links, Fixed and Mobile Telephone Systems (NEC Phillips, Unexus, PABX maintenance, GSM Gateways, Legacy PBXs, VoIP (Cisco Call Manager, Unity, Presence, Tiger call manager reporting, voice gateways), Call Centre (UCCX, Unexus.
Qualified by experience within an ICT Networks environment.
Have attained or possess the equivalent professional experience to Cisco Certified Network Associate and ITIL foundation certificate standard.
Able to build and maintain effective professional working relationships at all levels across the organization, including employees, managers, directors, elected members, internal stakeholders, contractors and auditors whilst dealing with challenging / emotional / sensitive demands.
