Okeke & Sons Limited, a household name in the transportation/logistics industry and one of the largest providers of intercity and interstate transportation, serving more than 200 destinations across Nigeria and West Africa with a modern, environmentally friendly fleet.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Role / Responsibilities

Process customer requests, parcel registration/collections and keep updated customer records
Provide accurate, valid and complete information to customers
Resolve customer complaints via phone calls and emails
Escalate all exceptions for resolution
Manage and track inbound and outbound items on a daily basis.
Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND / OND qualification
0 - 2 years relevant experience
Fluent in written and spoken English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Applicants should be resident in Umunze.
