Requirements

FlexEdge Limited - Our client, a Boutique located in Ogba, Lagos State, is currently recruiting suitable candidates to fill the position below:
Main Duties

Carry out customers consultation regarding selection, sizing, and fitting.
Promoting offers through marketing and leafleting
Assisting with inventory and stock counts
Uploading content and Managing the company's social media channels.
Packaging products for delivery through dispatch riders.
Managing other staff in the boutique
Handling all Administrative issues
Requirements

Store Supervisor with the raw talent, passion, and drive to deliver in a fashion environment (boutique)
The ideal person must have at least 2 years experience as a sales assistant with a minimum of OND in marketing or related discipline.
Must be ready to start immediately
Skills and Experience:

Experience delivering in a target-driven environment
Able to communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide an exceptional level of service.
Strong Sales background to maximize sales opportunities by upselling and cross-selling.
Enhanced listening skills.
Excellent attention to details
Excellent marketing skills
Ability to handle stock inventory and reconciliation
