Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Client Contact Manager to increase company revenue by identifying profitable business opportunities and developing long-term business growth strategies.
Articulates the company’s mission in a clear and concise way that can speak to customers and employees at all levels.
Builds solid relationships with customers, vendors and distributors, as well as sales and marketing teams.
Develops in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable business opportunities.
Directs marketing efforts by presenting market research to marketing directors and suggesting strategies to expand market research.
Assesses marketing and sales as well as supplier and vendor operations and recommending improvements as needed.
Prepares all documentation required for requests for proposals (RFPs), request for quotations (RFQs), tenders and bids.
Researches emerging trends and recommends new company offerings to satisfy customers’ needs.
Develops and manages strategic partnerships to grow business.
Creates actionable goals that make it possible to turn that mission into tangible results.
Assesses the company’s many different projects from the products down to the daily administrative activities to make sure they align with the company’s goals.
Analyses the success of products, projects, and activities
Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field; Master's Degree is advantageous.
Extensive experience in corporate gifting, corporate branding and/or business development.
Minimum of 6 years business development, sales, or marketing experience.
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Exceptional leadership and management skills.
Effective communication and negotiation skills.
Strong business acumen.
