Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with 5 - 10 years work experience.
Excellent knowledge of book keeping and accounting procedures.
Setting goals for each staff member, evaluating staff performance and providing training and overall guidance.
Must have experience in cosmetology or other Spa-related experience.
Excellent Management experience.
Must have excellent Oral, written communication skills, having exceptional customer service skills.
Should know how to create and distribute promotional material to attract new clients.
Should know how to prepare work schedules for salon and spa staffs.
Must be able to ensure compliance with applicable health regulations and hygiene.
Should be able to build relationships with local businesses.
Should be able to generate financial statements and sales reports.
