Job Brief

A Fashion brand requires a Product Manage/ Head Tailor who will identify identifies customer needs and more prominent business objectives. The role is central to operations and involves collating customers’ orders and cutting designs and making patterns for new designs.
Job Responsibilities

Organizing Tailor's production schedule according to priority deadlines.
quality control check at the production stage and display packing stage
Ensure that all production targets are met
Constantly developing new techniques on how to get work done quickly
Ensuring quality standards for the brand are always maintained
Producing clothes according to templates given or in line with sketches/ styles given
Carryout other duties as assigned
Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2-4 years of experience preferably in a Fashion industry
Good Knowledge of pattern drafting
Excellent knowledge of best practices in the Fashion Industry
Keen attention to details
Can provide good/neat finishing
Active listener and amiable
Always willing to take instructions and learn new approaches to doing things
Excellent cutting skills
Ability to interpret sketches / styles
Ability to work with the Company's established guidelines particularly with product lines.
