Job Description

Customer Conversion Officer is responsible for organisation's interactions with the public by implementing social media platforms' contents.
Also to oversee outreach plans and the conversion of first timers with online audience into active membership.
Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.
Fantastic interpersonal skills
Ability to cast the vision and gather team support.
Strong organisational planning skills.
Proven work experience as a social media and content manager.
Knowledge in online marketing channels.
